to the easterly City limits and the improving thereof by grading, re-
moving trees, bushes and existing structuress, ; constructing or reoon-
structing Portland cement' concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and drive-
way aprons, storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, con-
structing crushed rook base pavement with plant mix wearing surfaee,
installing electroliers with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes,
constructing sanitary sewer, wetter and gar service. where required,
and constructing traffic signal conduits at or near intersections.
(d) The improving of Leghorn Street from San Antonio Avenue ,to the easterly
City limits by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures,
constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters,
sidewalks, storm water eeatch basins, manholes and drain pipe, construc-
ting crushed .rock base pavement with plant mix wearing surface, in-
stalling electroliers with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes,

width along Alva Street from Charleston Road to San Antonio Avenue and
the moving thereof by grading,. removing trees, bushes and existing

of Olive Avenue from El Camino Real to as point about 150 feet north-
easterly thereof, ,both sides of Ash Street from Lambert Avenue north-
westerly 150 feet more or less, Margarita Avenue fronting on Lots 17
and 24 and the southwesterly one-half of Lot 16, Block 7, Bartley Tract,
Matadoro Avenue fronting on Lot 25, Block 110 Bartley Tract, Wilton
Avenue fronting on Lot 34, Mock 11 and Lot 25, Block 12, Bartley Tract,
and Park Boulevard fronting on Lot 1, Block 13, Bartley Tract, by con-
structing Portland cement concrete sidewalks.
(j) The construction of an eleectroller with conduit, conductor cable and
pull boxes on the southerly side of Bsabarcadex'o Road between Louis Road
and Morton Subdivision.
(k) The improving of Park Boulevard from the southeasterlyboundary of the
Bartley Treat to Ventura Avenue, Curtner Avenue and Ventura Avenue and
Ventura Court for their entire lengths, the northeasterly side of El
Camino Real from the southerly corner of the Bartley Tract to the
southeasterly City limits, and Second Street from Dry Creek to a point
about 150 feet northwesterly of West Meadow Drive by installing poles
and street lighting luminaires on poles with necessary wiring.

and plant mix wearing surface, and constructing electroliers with con-
duit, conductor cable and pull boxes or installing street lighting lumin-
aires on power polies with necessary wiring.
The improving of Ruthelmea Avenue, Whitaleas Way, Whitolem Place and Bd1.e
Avenue for their entire lengths, Whltolem Drive from Wilkie May to the
northeasterly boundary of B ossom Park, by constructing Portland cement
concrete sidewalks and installing street lighting luminaires on power
poles with necessary wiring.
