RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL NAP OF TRACT NO. 1646
.
The Council of the City of.Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That .the Subdivision Map of Tract No. _"646, being a subdivision
of a portion of Lot 54 of the C. M. Wooster Subdivision of the Clarke
Ranch recorded in Book "O" of Napa at page 16, Records of Santa Clara.
County, California, prepared by Calvin M. Jones, Civil Engineer, dated
September, 1955, be and the same hereby is approved, subject to the
subdivider's compliance with the provisions aet forth in Engineering
Bulletin 57.26;
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until compliance with
the above conditions has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the.City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby
are accepted as dedicated for public use, subject to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with standards established by the City
Council and City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easements for public utilities or
"walkways" purposes under, on or over those certain strips of land
lying between the rear and/or side lines of lots and designated
"P.U.E." (Public Utility Easement) be and the same hereby are accepted
as dedicated for public use, such easements and "walkways" to be kept
open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on Monday, the me h day of Marsh , 1957, by the fol-
lowing vote
AYES$ Bishop, Dyxbee, Cresap, Cumin*, Drysdale, Giffin,
Marshall, Mitchell,.Wavis, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal.
NOES: None.
