2., Any and all objections and protests made pursuant to
said Resolution of Preliminary Detection are hereby, overruled
and denied;
3. The improvements described in said Resolution shall
be made under and pursuant to the provisions of the general laws
more particularly referred to in said Resolution, and the Special
Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of
1931 shall not apply to said proceeding*.
