RBBOLUTIQ0 ONDSAING ABANDONMENT 07 PUBLIC UTILITIES . , j, ONNt J IONS OF DT AMPS ,L.: AND $ r MMUS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto did, on the 14th day of January, 1957, pass its Resolution of Intention No.;,28©0 to abandon a public utilities easement over portions of Tract Numbers 782 and 800 in the City of Palo Alto, County of Banta Clara, Stag of California, which easement is recorded in Book 928 of Official Records of Santa Clara County, page 383; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, a publio hearing was held en February 11, 1957; and WHEREAS, from all the evidence submitted, the City Council of the 'City of Palo Alto finds that said easement, as described herein and in said Resolution of Intention No. 2800, is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was acquired and dedicated; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pala Alto hereby orders said easement, as described herein and in said Resolution of Intention No., 2800, abandoned. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County. The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the llth day of lebruary , 1957, by the following votes AYES: ',ishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Oresap, Cummings, Davis, Giffin, Marshall, Mitchell, Mavis, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal, Simpson.
