HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 2807NNSOLOTION NO. 2807 RIONOLOD, bg the Rif ► Counell of the City of Palo Alt*, California, that WHI AB, pursuant to Resolution No. 201 of this Council ordering she, adopted on January 14, 1957, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of intention No. 2749 adept.rd on July 9, 1956; and SAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said chews and modifications ware fully heard and considered by this Council. WOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDSRED that 1. All .protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled. 2.
