HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 4404� ORIGINAL WJML: KIJ : ko 11/10/70 50 RESOLUTION N0. 4404 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATION TC PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS, AND DIRECTING NOTICE UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 70-94 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4387, A Resolution of Pre- liminary Determination and of -Intention, adopted on October 19, 1970, -by the Council of said City, pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal. Code, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the City Clerk of this City the written report called for under said Code and by said Resolu- tion of Preliminary Determination and of Intention +rhich report has been presented by said Clerk to this' Council for consideration, end this Council has considered and preliminarily- approved and confirmed .said report . and ordered; that the same stand as tie report for the purpose of all subsequent proceedings .had pursuant to said- Resolution of Preliminary Determ. hatien --and Of Intention. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said notices shall be headed "Notice of Improvement" in letters of not less than one-half inch in height and shall, in legible characters, state the fact and date of the passage of said Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of In- tention and of the filing -of said report and of the date, hour and place set for the hearing of said protests, and briefly describe the acquisitions and improvements proposed to be made, and refer to said Resolution of,Preliminary Determination and of Intention Find report for further particulars. IT IS FUROR ORDERED that the City Clerk of said City shall mail or cause to be mailed notice of the adoption of said Resolution of Preliminary .Determination and of Intention and the filing of said report, postage prepaid, at 3.east ten days before the date set for hearing of said protests,,. as .followsr.
