Proposed: Interim Zoning Ordinance for California Ave. Area.. A report was received from the Planning Commission' unanimously recommending that, a tempora.ry interim zoning ordinance be adopted :.f,or the -California Avenue area as an emergency measure for a period of 120 -days, prohibiting commercial, industrial, recreational and other uses which might be in conflict with a proposedordinance and the civic planning program which is being undertaken in this area, said area to encompass the property from College Avenue to<01ive Avenue and from r;1 Camino Real to Alma Street,. and including both sides of College, Olive and El Camino, 411. . The City Attoarney .stated that he was unable to draft an ordinance prior to;;this meeting as he.
