A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUS ION NO. 4385, ENTITLED,
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO LEVY ASSESSMENTS TO
MAKE RENTAL PAYMENTS"
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT.
BRYANT STREETOFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 70-93
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the -project assessment district number set forth in=tbe caption
of the Resolution cited in the title, adopted October 19, 1970, is
amended to read "Assessment District No'. 70-93," and the City. Engineer
is authorized and directed to revise the boundary map referred to in
Section 10 of said Resolution on its face to show said revised assess-
ment district number.
BE IT FUG RESOLVED, that Section 13 of said Resolution is
amended to adl sub r a , .. c thereto, to read as follows:
"(c): Any rental assessment levied against the Bryant
Street'' Project -as. described and defined in the }Agreement
for Accomplishment of:the Bryant Street Project,' approved:
by the Council, onNet her 9r Z970. shall be paid. by the City,
as part of the se price for the .Parking Project, solely
