HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 4382� oRiGiwAL RESOLUTION NO. 4382 RESOLUTION or THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO GRANTING CONDITIONAL EXCEPTIONS TO TITLE 21 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL AND FILING OF A PARCEL MAP, UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY - *'OWN AS 1202 THRU 1244 CALIFORNIA AVENUE The Council of the City of Palo Altofindsas follows: 1. Said property consists of five lots twenty-five feet wide by one hundred fifteen feet deep and four single family dwelling units are built thereon. 2. Said lots are substandard by current regulations in that none is sixty feet wide nor six thousand square ieet in area. 3. Applicant proposes to reduce the number of lots from five to four, thus decreasing the extent of non-conformance with existing lot size standards, and pro"!ide one let fa-: each existing dwelling. 4. Applicant's proposal will not result in change of character of development in this area nor create a privilege or advantage not enjoyed by other property owners similarly situated. THEREFORE,the Council does RESOLVE as follows: Applicant's petition. for conditional exceptions is granted and the parcel map is approved subject to the following cr' tions: (a) Evidence of payment of all city and county taxes due and payable be received 1 251-, _te„447/7k r (b) Said parcel map shall be recorded and shall conform with Chapter 21.32 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, consistent with this resolution, and Section ?1575 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California.
