HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 4381ORic AL RESOLUTION NO. 4381 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO CHANGING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1534 APPLYING TO PROPERTY KNOWN AS 705 SAN ANTONIO AVENUE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows: SECTION 1. The Development Plan attached hereto as EXHIBIT A is substituted for the P -C Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 1534 ar- ;lied to property known as 705 San Antonio Avenue. SECTION 2. Said EXHIBIT A is hereby adopted and approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All construction and improvements shall comply with all applicable Codes and Ordinances and shall be substantially as shown on the approved Development Plan. 2. Lighting'shall be designed and installed so as not to cause distraction or hazard to vehicular traffic. 3. All operations shall be conducted within an enclosed building except servicing vehicles with gas, oil, air and water. 4. The rotation of the existing sign shall be stopped and the sign shall not over- hang the street property line. All other signs shall comply with signs shown on the approved Development Plan. 5. The electric service shall be replaced underground. 6. All construction and development shall be completed within one year of the date of this resolution. to p SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1534 shall remain in full force and effect.
