RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4363 (THE COMPENSATION PLAN)
TO CHANGE THE SALARIES OF COUNCIL -APPOINTED OFFICERS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. That the Administrative Salary Schedule attached
as page 3 of EXHIBIT A to Resolution 4363 with reference to the
salaries of Council -appointed officers be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS Per Month
01 City Manager $'1800
810 City Attorney $1950
815 City Controller $1750
820 City Clerk $833.33
SECTION 2. That the amendment to the salaries of said
Council -appointed officers shall become effective July 1, 1970
and shall continue in effect until amended or revoked by the
Council.
