RESOLUT/ON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCnEDULE G-1 OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES
RATES AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Schedule G-1 of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates
and Charges is hereby amended pursuant to 512.20.010 of the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, to read as set forth in Sheet 116i attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The foregoing changes shall become effective
at the commencement of the August 1970 billing cycle.

GENERAL NATURAL GAS SERVICE
APPLICABILITY:
This schedule applies to all firm natural gas service.
TERRITORY:
Within the service area of the City of Palo Alto and on land
owned or leased by the City.
RATES:
Monthly Service Charge, per meter $1 20
Commodity Charge:
Per Meter Per Month
First 25 therms per therm 7.500
Next 175 therms per therm 7.03
Next 800 therms per therm 6.58
Next 49,000 therms per therm 6.42
Over 50,000 therms per therm 6.19
The number of therms shall be determined in accordance
with the provisions of -Rule No. 1 C(3)
