RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES W-1 AND W -1-O OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules W-1 and W-1-0 of the Palo Alto Utilities
Rates and Charges are hereby amended to read as set forth in
Sheets 108d and 109d attached hereto and by reference made a
part hereof.
SECTION 2. The foregoing changes shall become effective
on all billings subsequent to June 13, 1970.
