RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2971 PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF EAST CHARLESTON ROAD AND FABIAN
WAY AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 3333 AND PORTIONS OF
RESOLUTION 3813
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. The following portions of East Charleston Road
and Fabian Way are hereby designated a zone in which parking
is prohibited at all times:
The northerly side of East Charleston Road from 150'
west of Louis Road to Commercial Street
The southerly side of East Charleston Road from 200'
west of Montrose Avenue to the East city limits line.
Both sides of Fabian Way northerly 300' from its
intersection with East Charleston Road.
as set forth in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by reference made
a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Resolution 3333 adopted January 9, 1961 and
a portion of Section 1 (the last three lines thereof) and all of
Section 2 of Resolution 3813, adopted April 12, 1965, in conflict
with this resolution_, are hereby rescinded. The remainder of
Section 1 of Resolution 3813, not in conflict with this resolution
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Section 6 of Resolution 2971 and the Parking Zones
Map of the City of Palo Alto are amended accordingly.
