HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 4330ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4330 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO CHANGING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1643 APPLYING TO PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2080 CHANNING AVENUE The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows: SECTION 1. The Development Plan attached hereto as EXHIBIT A is substituted for the P -C Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 1643 applied to property known as 2080 Channing Avenue. SECTION 2. Said EXHIBIT A is hereby adopted and approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The addition shall be substantially as shown on the approved Development Plan. 2. .All operations, machinery, equipment, and material shall be confined and stored within the building. All baled materials and refuse shall be stored within the building until loaded into trucks and removed from the premises. 3. The development schedule shall be as follows: (a) Start of construction within 120 days of City Council approval. (b) Completion of all construction and develop- ment within 120 days of start of construction. 4. Applicant shall build and develop according to the fire and building codes in force at the time each building permit is issued, any design feature of the Development Plan approved hereby to the contrary notwithstanding. _C2 n-Itirvd.J.A0C } q i' / SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1643 shall retrain in force and effect.
