RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 2(h)(2) OF RESOLUTION NO. 4214
APPLYING TO PROPERTY KNOWN AS 520-532 HOMER AVENUE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 2(h)(2) of Resolution No. 4214 which
resolution amended the Development Plan approved by Ordinance No.
2007 applying to property known as 520-532 Homer Avenue, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2(h)(2). Completion of all construction
and development on or before September 24, 1970."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2007
and Resolution 4214 shall remain in full force and effect.
