RESOLUTION NO. 4327
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING PROPERTIES ELECTING
TO PAY COST OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 12
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the properties set forth in Exhibit "A", hereto attached and
incorporated herein by reference, are owned by persons who have
exercised the option to pay.the cost of converting electric service
connection to underground locations over a period of five (5) years,
in accordance with the provisions of Sections12.16.091 to 12.16.097,
inclusive, of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the base cost of such conversion
as set forth in said Exhibit "A" shall be paid by the City to said
owners, respectively, upon completion of the underground construc-
tion work on said respective parcels subject to the payment of the
special assessment, all in the manner set forth in said Code.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 2nd day of February , 1970, by the
following vote of thee members thereof:
