RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DESIGNATING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SANTA CLARA
COUNTY AS THE COORDINATING AGENT FOR THE TRAFFIC
OPERATIONS PROGRAM TO INCREASE CAPACITY AND SAFETY
FOR THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 1028 provides for the implementation
of the Traffic Operations Program to Increase Capacity and
Safety in California effective November 10, 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto that the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County
be and they are hereby designated as the coordinating agent for
the Traffic Operations Program to Increase Capacity and Safety
for the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of Palo
Alto is directed to send copies of this resolution to the Board
of Supervisors of Santa Clara County, the Department of Public
Works of the Transportation Agency of the State of California
and to Robert C. Cozens, Chairman, Interim TOPICS Advisory
Committee.
