RESOLUTION NO. 4324
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO DELMER C. TUMBLESON
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, DELMER C. TUMBLESON retired on January 16, 1970
as a warehouseman in Purchasing and Stores after more than
twenty-one years of continuous service with the City of Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, during his career with the City, DELMER C.
TUMBLESON has earned the respect and friendship of his co-
workers and a large number of residents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of his efforts and dedication toward municipal
service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation
as well as the appreciation of the citizens of this community
for faithful service rendered to the City and extends to DELMER
C. TUMBLESON its sincere good wishes for a long and happy
retirement.
