RESOLUTION NO. 4319
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF EMBARCADERO
ROAD, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The northerly side of Embarcadero Road from 200'
easterly of Emerson Street to 150' westerly of Waverley street and
from 200' easterly of Waverley Street to Byron Street is hereby
designated a zone in which parking is prohibited between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. of every day except Saturday, Sunday
or a holiday, as shown on EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The southerly side of Embarcadero Road from 150'
easterly of Emerson Street to 200' westerly of Waverley Street and
from 200 easterly of Waverley Street to 300' westerly of Middle-
field Road is hereby designated a zone in which parking is pro-
hibited between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. of every day
except Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, as shown on EXHIBIT A attached
hereto.
SECTION 3. Section 6 of Resolution No. 2971 and the "Parking
Zones Map of the City of Palo Alto" are amended accordingly and the
City Manager is authorized and directed to erect appropriate signs.
