RESOLUTION NO. 4312
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO NOEL W. FULTZ UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, NOEL W. FULTZ retired on October 8, 1969, as
an Electrical Supervisor II in the Light and Power Department,
after more than twenty-three years of continuous service with
the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, during his career with the City, NOEL W. FULTZ
has earned the respect and friendship of his co-workers and a
large number of residents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of his efforts and dedication toward municipal
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation
as well as the appreciation of the citizens of this community
for faithful service rendered to the City and extends to
NOEL W. FULTZ its sincere good wishes for a long and happy
retirement.
