RESOLUTION NO. 4310
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS TO THE CITY'S NEEDS
AND AUTHORIZING A SALE THEREOF TO THE COUNTY OF
SANTA CLARA
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property is
hereby declared surplus to the needs of the City and its sale
to the County of Santa Clara is hereby authorized for the
price of $22,435.00.
PARCEL 1
All that certain real property situate in
the County of Santa Clara, State of Calif-
ornia, designated as Parcels "I", "K", "M"
and "0" on that certain map entitled,
"Record of Survey Oregon -Page Mill -Express-
way" as filed for record April 21, 1969, in
Book 252 of Maps at page 7 in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, and containing 0.018
acres of land in Parcel "I", and 0.085 acres
of land in Parcel "K" and 0.006 acres of
land in Parcel "M" and 0.074 acres of land
in Parcel "O".
PARCEL 2
All that certain real property situate in
the County of Santa Clara, State of Calif-
ornia, designated as Parcel A on that certain
map entitled, "Record of Survey Oregon -Page
Mill Expressway" as filed for record July 1,
1969, in Book 256 of Maps at page 2 in the
office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, and con-
taining 0.141 acres of land.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a Contract

and Grant Deed conveying such property and to execute any
other documents necessary to convey title to -the County.
