RESOLUTION NO. 4309
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO WILBUR S. WAGSTAFF FOR
HIS SERVICES TO THE CITY
WHEREAS, WILBUR S. WAGSTAFF has been associated with the
City of Palo Alto for twenty-two and a half years as its first
Director of Personnel Services; and
WHEREAS, WILBUR S. WAGSTAFF has gained the respect and
admiration of those who worked with him, for his knowledge and
professional abilities while serving as Palo Alto's Director of
Personnel Services; and
WHEREAS, WILBUR S. WAGSTAFF has earned the friendship of
his fellow employees and numerous citizens of this community
during his tenure in Palo Alto.
NOW.: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as
well as the appreciation of the citizens of this community for
the long, faithful and conscientious service of WILBUR S. WAGSTAFF
to the City of Palo Alto and extends to him best wishes for
continued success and satisfaction in the years to come.
