RESOLUTION NO. 4307
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONDEMNING CERTAIN P.E!tARKS OF JUDGE GERALD S. CHARGIN
LET IT BE RESOLVED:
That the Palo Alto City Council condemns the remarks made
by Judge Gerald S. Chargin on September 2, 1969, and
LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED:
That the Palo Alto City Council requests the State Commission
on Judicial Qualifications to take action without delay on this
matter now before it.
RESOLVED FURTHER:
That copies of this resolution be sent to the State Commission
on Judicial Qualifications, the California Bar Association, and
the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: October 20, 1969.
