RESOLUTION NO. 4303
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO LELAND R. GROW UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, LELAND R. GROW will retire on October 1, 1969, as
a parking meter collector -maintenance man, Treasurer's Department,
after more than twenty years of continuous service with the City
of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, during his career with the City LELAND R. GROW has
earned the respect and friendship of his co-workers and a large
number of residents. The City is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of his effort and dedication toward municipal
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well
as the appreciation of the citizens of this community for faith-
ful service rendered to the City and extends to LELAND R. GROW
its sincere good wishes for a long and happy retirement.
