RESOLUTION NO. 4295
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO AUDREY BARTHOLOMEW UPON
HER RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, AUDREY BARTHOLOMEW will retire on August 15,
1969 as departmental secretary in the Library after nearly
thirty-four years of continuous service with the City of Palo
Alto.

WHEREAS, AUDREY BARTHOLOMEW has. gained the respect and
admiration of those who worked with her for her positive
attitude toward her duties, for her efficiency and unequalled
concern and interest in her work and for her numerous con-
tributions to the development of the library.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation
as well as the deep appreciation of the citizens of this
community for the long and faithful service of AUDREY BARTHOLOMEW
to the City of Palo Alto and extends to her its sincere good
wishes for a long and happy retirement.
