RESOLUTION NO. 4292
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto? California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4122 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention adopted by this Council on May 6, 1968,
and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant
thereto adopted on July 7, 1969, notice of said sale has been duly
given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Manager, as
fixed in said notice, and have been publicly opened, examined and
declared and have been referred to this Council for consideration;
and
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed in said notice for
considering the bide for the purchase of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby ordered sold
to Stone & Youngberg
, as the highest respon-
Bible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms
and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds and
in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount
therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in
said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid. C

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 4th day of August , 1969, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Arnold, Beahrs, Clark,
Dias, Gallagher, Norton, Wheatley
NOES, Councilmen: Berwald, Pearson
ABSENT, Councilmen: Comstock, Spaeth
