RESOLUTION NO. 4287
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4276 of this Council ordering
same, adopted July 7, 1969, notice has been duly given of the intention of
this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution No. 4122
of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted May 6, 1968; and
WHEREAS, 4
persons interested appeared or filed written
protests. against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all mat-
ters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully
heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS' ORDERED, that:
i. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby overruled.
The changes -and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intentionbe made - andhaad,
all as more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution NO.
4276 adopted July 7, 1969.
