RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4164 CHANGING THE
DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT
TO THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN DESIGNATED AS
EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. 4164 APPLYING TO
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1161 EMBARCADERO ROAD
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1643 adopted on the 10th day
of October, 1955, as amended by Resolution No. 4164 adopted
on the 7th day of October, 1968, established a P -C zone
district for certain property known as 1161 Embancadero
Road, and
WHEREAS, Section 2(e) of Resolution No. 4164 established
a development schedule for construction of the amended P -C
development plan more fully described in EXHIBIT A of
Resolution No. 4164, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto, based
on the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission
wishes to amend the development schedule established by the
aforementioned ordinance and resolution to permit the con-
struction of improvements as described on EXHIBIT A to
Resolution No. 4164.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto
does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of Section 2 of Resolution
No. 4164 of the Council of the City of Palo Alto is hereby
amended to read as follows:

"(e) The development shall proceed according
to the following schedule:
(1) Start of the construction within 60 days
of the City Council approval of this resolution
amending Resolution No. 4164.
(2) Completion of all construction and
development within 60 days after start of con-
struction."
SECTION 2. All other sections of said development plan
shall remain as originally written.
