RESOLUTION NO. 4279
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
FOOTHILLS GAS SYSTEM ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 68-82
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention No. 2230 adopted by this Council on
April 7, 1969. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson,
Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies
thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested
in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of
sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of Messrs. Wilson,
Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approv-
ing the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is: a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 701
day of July , 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof

Clark, Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Norton, Spaeth, Wheatley
