A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
OLD TRACE ROAD, ET AL., PROJECT NO. 64-4
1969 PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, ,
that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pur-
suant to Resolution No. 4215 of Preliminary Determination and of
Intention adopted by this Council on March 24, 1969. The Notice of
Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall
be given by said law firm causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds
at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of Messrs. Wilson,
Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approv-
ing the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Al_ to, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 7th
day of July , 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof r

Clark, Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Norton, Spaeth, Wheatley
