RESOLUTION NO. 4277
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS_
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
L. The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pur-
suant to Resolution No. 4122 of Preliminary Determination and of
Intention adopted by this Council on May 6, 1968. The Notice of Sale,
in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be
given by saidlaw firm causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds, at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law , firm _ of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said
s_ bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution dilly passed and adopted by the. Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California;'' at a meeting thereof held on the 7th
day of July , 1969, by the .following vote of the members there:
