RESOLUTION NO. 4276
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES LND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the public interest and convenience require
and that it is the intention of said Council to change and
modify the proceedings being conducted pursuant to Resolution
No. 4122 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted
May 6, 1968, by amending Section 12 of said Resolution to pro-
vide that the bonds to be issued in said proceedings shall bear
interest at the rate of not to exceed seven percent (7%) per
annum.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 4th clay of August
des 1969, at the hour of 7:30•o,clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed
as the time and place when and where said Council will consider
the matter of making said change and modification and hearing
all persons interested therein.
The Clerk of this City shall cause a copy of this Resolu-
tion to be published once in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper
of general circulation published in said City and the newspaper
in Which the Notice of improvement under said Resolution of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention was published, said
publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the Cityof Palo Alto, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 7th day of July , 1969, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

Clark, Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Norton, Spaeth, Wheatley
