RESOLUTION NO. 4269
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RALPH G. DAKEN UPON PIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, RALPH G. OAKEN will retire on July 3, 1969, as an
electrical worker, Department of Light and Power, after more than
twenty years of continuous service with the City of Palo Alto;
and
WHEREAS, RALPH G. DAKEN has contributed significantly to
building and maintaining a reliable and efficient electrical
utility system for the City of Palo Alto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well
as the appreciation of the citizens of this community for faith-
ful services rendered to the City and extends to RALPH G. DAKEN
its sincere good wishes for a long and happy retirement.
