A RESO1UI = ?N ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
AND CLASSIFYING ASSESSMENTS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. x+255 of this Council order-
ing same, adopted May 26, 1969, notice has been duly given of the
intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under
Resolution No, 4122 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention
adopted May 6, 1968; and
WHEREAS, persons interested appeared or filed written protests
against said proceedings or any part thereof, and all persons desir-
ing to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2, That the unpaid assessments are hereby classified into
different terms of maturities so that smaller assessments mature over
a shorter period of time, and so that the desires of the owners as
to bond term are satisfied, all as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto
attached and incorporated herein by reference.
3. That the changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention
be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth
in said Resolution No. 4255 adopted May 26, 1969.

S hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 16th day of June , 1969, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Beahrs, Berwald, Clark,
Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Gullixson, Pearson
NOES, Councilmen:
None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Arn , Spaeth, Wheatley
