RESOLUTION NO. 4259
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING SURPLUS AND
ORDERING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKING PROJECT N0. 65-9
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
as follows:
1. That it is hereby determined that there is a surplus in
the Construction Fund created pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 3950, adopted by the Council on January 3, 1967, in the amount
of $9,406.74.
2. That the amount of said surplus shall be transferred
from said Construction Fund to the City of Palo Alto, Bond Plan G,
Series No. 65-9 Interest and Redemption Fund created pursuant to
Resolution No. 4095, A Resolution Providing for the Issuance of
Bonds and Directing the Levy of Annual Assessments to Pay the
Principal and Interest Thereof, adopted by said Council on March 11,
1968.
3. That the benefit assessment heretofore prepared and on
file in the office of the City Clerk for the fiscal year 1969-70
is hereby ordered reduced to the extent of the funds made available
for the payment of principal and interest by virtue of such transfer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 9th day of June, 1969, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Berwald, Clark, Comstock,
Dias, Gullixson, Spaeth, Wheatley
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Arnold, Behrs, Gallagher, Pearson
