RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
RESCINDING DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS EXECUTED BY
WILLIAM K. KELLEY, RYLAND KELLEY, AND PALO ALTO CLINIC
LIMITED, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF NEW DECLARATION
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1966, WILLIAM K. KELLEY, RYLAND KELLEY,
and PALO ALTO CLINIC LIMITED, a corporation, executed a Declara-
tion of Restrictions (recorded June 20, 1966, Book 7416, p. 527,
No. 3075835), restricting the property therein described ex-
clusively for parking purposes for the benefit of other property
therein described and known as 230 San Antonio Road, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City to rescind said Declaration
of Restrictions as provided therein on condition that a new
amended Declaration be executed and recorded by WILLIAM K. KELLEY,
RYLAND KELLEY, and PALO ALTO CLINIC LIMITED, a corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
That certain Declaration of Restrictions dated June 15, 1966
executed by WILLIAM K. KELLEY, RYLAND KELLEY, and PALO ALTO CLINIC
LIMITED, a corporation, is hereby rescinded, on condition that
said declarants execute and record a new amended Declaration of
Restrictions on the property known as 230 San Antonio Road in a
form satisfactory to the City Attorney.
