RESOLUTION NO. 4255
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and
that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and
modifications in the proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution
No. 4122, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Inten-
tion, adopted by this Council on May 6, 1968, by increasing the
maximum bond term from nine (9) years to twenty-four (24) years
from the second day of July next succeeding ten months from their
date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council intends to classify
assessments into different terms of maturity so that smaller
assessments may be made to mature over a shorter period of time
than the maximum term of the bonds.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday , the 16th day of
June , 1969, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the regu-
lar meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall;
Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place
when and where said Council will consider the matter of making
said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and per-
sons interested therein.
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this
resolution to be published once in the Palo Alto Times, a news-
paper of general circulation published in said City and the paper
in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention was published, said
publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.

of held on the 26th day of May , 1969, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
