RESOLUTION NO. 4235
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
STANFORD INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNDEGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
PROJECT NO. 68-83
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4183 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention adopted by this Council on December 2,
1968, and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pur-
suant thereto, adopted on March 24, 1969, notice of said sale has
been duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Manager, as
fixed in said notice, and have been publicly opened, examined and
declared and have been referred to this Council for consideration;
and
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed in said notice for
considering the bids for the purchase of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, azd that said bonds be, and they are hereby ordered sold
to Miller - Schroeder, Inc. , as the highest
responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds
and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the
.;mount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions con-
tained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is

hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

i hereby certify that the foregoing is a fell, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 2l st day of April , 1969, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Gullixson, Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
