RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES G-1 AND G -1-O OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO UTILITIES RULES AND RATES SCHEDULE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, Schedules G-1 and G -1-O of the Palo Alto
Utilities Rate Schedule are hereby amended to read as set forth
in the documents attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof.
SECTION 2. The foregoing changes shall become effective on
the date hereof.

quantity of gas which such minimum monthly charge will purchase
