RESOLUTION NO. 42Z
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS, 3921,
3922 AND 3923
CLEMO AVENUE PROJECT NO. 66-7
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that Resolution No. 3921, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination
Under Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, Resolution No. 3922,
A Resolution Directing Preparation of Investigation Report Under Divi-
sion 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, and Resolution No. 3923, A
Resolution of Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements, all
adopted by said Council on September 12, 1966, be, and they are
hereby rescinded.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the ith
