RESOLUTION NO 4222
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
STANFORD INDUS'T'RIAL PARK UNDERGROUND
UTILl TES CONVERSION PROJECT NO, 68-83
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
1: The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby,
directed to call for aids for the sale of improvement bonds to be
issued pursuant to Resolution No. 4183 of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention adopted by this Council on December 2, 1968, The
Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton &
Lynch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereof to be
mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the pur-
chase of such bonds, a „least ten days before the date of sale of
said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones. Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali-
fiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds..

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
24th day of March, 1969, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
