RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CHANGING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED BY

--------ORDINANCE NO. 1$44 APPLYING TO PROPERTY KNOWN AS
1700 EMBARCADERO ROAD
` The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Development Plan attached hereto as
EXHIBIT "A" is substituted for the P -C Development Plan approved

by Ordinance No. 1643 applying to property known as 1700 Em-
barcadero Road.
SECTION 2. Said EXHIBIT "A" is hereby adopted and
approved subject to the following conditions:
a. Off-street parking, landscaping, lighting, signs,
and other improvements shall be substantially as shown
on the proposed Development Plan, except that the sign
adjacent to the East Bayshore Frontage Road driveway
shall be relocated to a distance of 12 feet from the
driveway.
b. The applicant shall defray the cost to the City
of the installation of barriers, dividers, signs and/or
other provisions necessary to prevent traffic flow
through the Geng Road intersection to or from the drive-
way on Embarcadero Road.
c. The Development Schedule shall be as follows:
1. Start of construction within sixty (60) days
of City Council approval.
2. Completion of all construction and development
within one year of start of construction.

SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1643
shall remain in force and effect.
