RESOLUTION NO, 4197
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS PROJECT NO. 67-3
RESOLVED, by the C ouncil of the City of P alo Alt o, Californi a,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4177 of this Council, order-
ing sa me , adopted on Novembe r 12, 1968, notice h as been duly give n
of the in ten tion of this Council to change and m odify the p roceedings
under Reso lu tion No.. 4122 of Preliminary Dete rminati on and of Inten-
tion a dopted on May 6, 1968; and
WHEREAS, 56 per sons int erested appeared or filed
writte n prote sts a ga inst said proceedings or any p art thereof and
all pe rsons desir ing to be heard were given an opportunity to be
he ard, and all ma tters an d things pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully hear d and considered by this Co uncil;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. All protests a nd objectio ns be, and they are hereby, ov er-
ruled.
2. The changes and modification s in the pr oceedings under
said Resolution of Preliminary Determina tion and of Intention be
made an d had, all as more particularly described an d set forth in
said Re so lutio n No. 4177 adopted No vember 12, 1968.
