ESTEBAN retired on October 8, 1971 after more than 21 years of service with the City; and WHEREAS~· DONALD G. ESTEBAN, while servinq as metal fabricator assisted in maintaining d high level of service to the citizens of Palo Alto; and WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his performance and dedication towards municipal service. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ·RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto gratefully records its appreciation for faithful service rendered to the City and extends to DONALD G. ESTEBAN its best wishes for a long and rewarding retirement.
