Home My WebLink AboutRESO 45149 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4514 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING A SUBDIVISION MAP FOR APPROXIMATELY 9.235 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY KNOWN AS 3250 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD, GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO FRONT SETBACK AND LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS Pursuant to Title 21 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the tentative subdivision map for appr~ximately 9.235 acres of land generally known as 3250 Middlefield Road is hereby approved, with exceptions to front setback and lot size requirements as showri on said map, as permitted in Chapter 21.28 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the subdivider sub~it proposed improvement plans and supporting calculations for review prior to the approval of the final map. 2. That the subdivider execute an agreement for performance of all required public improvements and a surety bond to guarantee completion of said public improvements prior to the approval of the final map as required by Sections 21.24.170 and 21.24.180 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code. 3. That the recommendations proposed in the preliminary soils report as submitted by the firm of Gribaldo, Jones and Associates, as well as those which appear in the final soils report, are to be followed in the construction of this subdivision, and therefore are incorporated inot this report by reference as a condition subsequent to tentative approval. -1 - • 4. That final approval is subj~ct to the subdivider providing evidence of payment of all City and County taxes. s. That electric, telephone and all other utilities shall be installed underground. 6. That a final subdivision map be filed in conformance with Section 21.16 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and Article S of the Subdivision Map Act. 7. That the lot configuration and setback lines within the subdivision be as set forth on Map B of the Plot Plan dated September 29, 1971, submitted by the applicant. & That a non-access be Shawn along the Mid4lef ield Road frontage of Lots 1 and 9.
