t"lllEREAS, a memorandum of understanding with represented City
employees for the year 1971 and 1972 provides that resident and
nonresident city employees are to be permitted to use city facilities
on the same basis as residents of the City of Palo Alto1 and
\iHEREAS, among such facilities are swirmning pools, theater
programs, Palo Alto :1unicipal Golf Course, libraries, and various
Hccreation Department programs •

RESOLVE as follows:
Fees for residents of the City of Palo Alto for all programs,
admissions and facilities administered by the Department of Community
Services shall b~ applicable to all regular or partti~e eQployees
of the City of Palo Alto, regardless of the resi<lence of such
employees.
