RESOLUTION NO. 4500
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2568 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 535 SAN ANTONIO AVE.
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1970, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2568 approving the Development Plan and Time Schedule for
certain property at 535 San Antonio Avenue and zoned the same
P-C (Planned Conununity); and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a one-year time extension
for start of construction in order to facilitate federal funding
of the project; and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for th~
public interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
.·SECTION l. Subsection 14: of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2568
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4. The Development Schedule shall be as follows:
(a) Start of construction on or before July 1, 1972.
(b) Completion of all construction and development with-
in eighteen (18) months of start of construction."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2568 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
