RESOLUTION NO. 4488
RESOLUTlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSlNG APPRECIATION TO RAY HEFFERN UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, RAY HEFFERN retired on July 1, 1971, after more
than twenty years of continuous service to the City of Palo
Alto1 and
WHEREAS, RAY HEFFERN has assisted in maintaining the
quality of the facilities of the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative o::: his efforts and dedication toward municipal
service; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully record its appre~iati~n as
well as the appreciation of the citizens of this community for
faithful service rendered to the City and extends to RAY HEFFERN
its sincere best wishes for a long and happy retirem1:mt.
