RESOLUTION NO. 4483
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BONDS BY CITY
EMBARCADERO WAY EXTENSION
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 70-61
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Califonlia,
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the public interest
and economy will be served through the purchase by the City of bonds
to represent unpaid assessments levied pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4445, adopted April 19, 1971;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the bonds in the amount of $21,989.92 to be issued
pursuant to said Resolution of Intention be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to the City of Palo Alto ~or the par amount thereof with
accrued interest to the date of delivery, said bonds to bear interest
at the rate of six and one-fourth percent (6-1/4 ~) per annum.
2. That said bonds be printed forthwith and upon their delivery
to the City, the principal amount or said bonds be transferred to
the Construction Fund for said project, and that said bonds be re-
tained by the City Treasurer for the account of the City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 26th
day of July , 1971, by the following vote of the members thereof:
